SoCalfirst is a regional coalition of financial institutions and other critical infrastructure sectors dedicated to addressing homeland security and emergency management issues in Southern California.

Financial institutions in the Southern California marketplace formed this coalition to improve the recovery of critical financial services after a significant crisis event.  Our service area is the Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Ventura, and Santa Barbara counties.

This coalition formed in January 2006.
